Amazon Prime's League Pass channel does not support live DVR recording
Subscribers buying League Pass through Amazon Prime Video cannot record live games or start them from the beginning while they are airing. Users must wait for the game to finish to watch a replay.

NBA blocks foreign credit cards on VPN purchases. Users bypass this by changing their Google Play country to Turkey, using a Revolut international card, and signing up through the mobile app.
NBA TV's terms do not allow this. It is here because people report doing it, not as a recommendation.

Go to google playstore and change account country to Turkey (you can only change the country ONCE in 12 months. But I believe there is a work around to change it before then. I haven't looked too much into that yet). Once changed, close the play store app and open it again, this will make sure you are downloading on the Turkey playstore.
